This is the Beta version of an Issue Tracking System to support COBRA PDS activities. It is not intended as a replacement for existing processes (e.g. OTOs or CTRs) but is intended to provide a transparent method for communicating and tracking Issues, Actions and Questions related to PDS.
If succesful, this system can easily be expanded to include a shared agenda/events calendar and a document repository (e.g. minutes of meetings) and other features (tbd)
